Backhand
a) Grip - fingers fold under the rim of the disc
b) Bring arm from back to front, keeping disc parallel to ground
c) snap wrist at end of motion

Forehand
a) Grip - make a 'peace sign' and have middle finger be placed along the rim of the disc
b) bring arm from back to front with disc tipped slightly away from your body
c) snap wrist (especially important in flick)

Catching
a) “Pancake”- place one hand on top of the other and watch disc into hands
b) “Lobster”- use two hands with thumbs on the bottom to run to the disc
c) One hand- get hand behind the disc to stop rotation
